Brief introduction of ORO radial bristle discs

Radial bristle disk also known as scotch Brite disks because it is integrated and contained scotch Brite abrasive which makes it most unique. When you are using radial bristle disk you don’t need to use any polishing compounds such as jewellers rouge. You can simply use disk dry directly on your piece. Radial bristle disk is used in a wide class of cleaning and finishing needs. They can get into small, grooves and used in fine details for most of the metals. 1.80 girts/Dard green is used forheavy cleaning and scale removal
2.120 grits/Blue  is used for fire scale removal
3.220 girts/Red is used for light cleaning and oxide removal
4.320 grits/Brown is used for light cleaning and oxide removal
5.600 grits/Purple is used for blending and  semi-finishing
6.1000 grits/ light green is used for polishing

HOW TO SETUP RADIAL BRISTLE DISK

There are some small things which you need to know in order to set properly. The first probably most important thing is there should be at least 3 layers of disk deep or tall because these are really tiny and thin and radial bristle disk can break very quickly. So the steps that include to setup radial bristle disk are:
STEP 1: Take 3 layers of the disk and get all the bristle going in the same direction.
STEP 2: Take screw from the screw mandrel and slip it through the disk. This is usually the hardest part to set as it is difficult to line all the little things
STEP 3: Take screw mandrel and screw that in by hand and tighten it.
